What a greedy punk! I agree it’s a good thing that people can “unload” their burdens but, they should have cameras and a way to track them down afterwords. That way mandatory sterilization could occur. If one is going to to abandon their kids; they don’t deserve any more. Happy 4th of July! God Bless all and our great country.
