The 3 Day Diet Plan Reviewed! Hello my name is William and I am a consultant Messruther diet. I have been specializing in this field for about 6 years and I focus my studies on diet, the time to work and the effects it can have on your body. For the next weeks I will be writing articles for many different diets, as I find myself. Here is my first installment, talking about the 3 day diet plan. Diet 3 days seems to be one of the most popular short-term fad diets in recent days. Offers rapid weight loss of about 10 pounds within 3 days and is based on a diet low in carbohydrates and calories of about 1000C per day. The diet promises rapid weight loss, lower cholesterol, cleaning and more energy, but there is no real evidence available to them said 'facts'. This is probably why it appeals to so many people! Unfortunately, this weight loss is due to an immediate decline in calorie intake, some of which are fat and most of it is water loss. Because of this I am sorry to say that most people have this weight on my back soon! The diet is quite strict in what you can eat and drink and must be adhered to precisely and portions must be met to obtain the results. The combination of select foods obviously creates a metabolic reaction, which increases fat burning, but there is no documentation to support! The diet is supplemented with a rigorous 3-day eating plan and, in addition to diet should drink 4 cups of water or zero-calorie beverages, an example of this is, for a day; breakfastblack coffee or tea with bags of sweets and 1or2 low or equivalent1 / 2 grapefruit or juice1 piece of toast with a light spread of peanut butterLunchblack coffee or tea with 1or2 bags of sweets and low or equivalent1 / 2 cup tuna1 piece of toastDinner3ounce lean meat or chicken1 cup of green beans and 1 cup carrots1 apple1 cup of regular ice creamThis not seem so bad I've heard, now you say how are you are! With a low-calorie and nutrient intake you will feel hungry all the time to do this diet hard to stick too. On top of that you feel tired and depressed. The greatest danger is that this diet requires that you have done the diet 3 days before returning to eat normally, and cut the junk food, then back to the diet 3 days and so on. This causes a side effect called "-Y0 y0" loss of weight which means they are constantly up and down in weight and damage your metabolism. This makes it more difficult to eventual long-term to lose weight and keep it off. Oh, and another thing, expect to have some 'evil wind of a lot about this diet – you may want to keep those windows open office! So there you have it. My verdict is that I seriously do not recommend this diet because of side effects that it entails. This is a quick-fix weight loss, not a healthy solution to weight loss, and worse still, is not an option in the long term!
